- Added penalty to retreat in the sortie. (I think that the fighting system is pretty balanced now so I decided to see how this would go.)
- Removed cap on Payton's reputation. (10 is still the most it will contribute to rolls and troop allocation but it can now go higher so as to be used to buy tokens. I'd like some feedback on this one if you have a minute as I'm not sure if it's funner one way or the other.)
