I doubt it is possible, but any skilled photo editors out there than can remove those damn flowers from that special picture in the outtakes 2 collection? I found a website that can sometimes detect and show the original before censoring but it did not work for this one.

There are no ways to remove the flowers from a jpeg as the image does not contain the information defining the original layers.

If someone says they have a process, they are lying or presuming you are willing to accept an artificially created fake (like the fakes in the Kari Sweets Club thread).

"Maybe" what the website is advertising is the ability to find the original if it exists on the web. But, without the original, or an art file like a photoshop file where the original and new layers are saved, no one can do what you're asking.

Is Amanda over 18 then? I thought you couldn't take a topless picture at that age regardless if its covered by an image as its initially taken nude.

Depends on where you live, and I am not a lawyer, but generally you can photograph someone under 18 nude as long it is not lewd, lascivious, sexually explicit, or pornographic in nature. The problem is that all it takes is one aggressive DA looking to make a name for themselves to claim your candid vacation photos violate community standards, and you can go to jail for a very long time because those definitions are "fuzzy" at best.

Amanda turns 18 on October 23 this year. This picture was not taken by a photographer so it's okay, maybe? It's just a candid selfie pic. I would assume teenagers do this shit all the time.
