Just a thought, but depending on how you paid, you might be able to stop payment and get a refund through your credit card or payment agency for non-receipt of goods. You were promised 4 weeks of updates, and got none. They broke the terms of the user agreement when you signed up, so you are entitled to a refund. If the site owner won't do it, you might be able to get the credit card company to refund it and they will go after him to recover the funds. Use his paranoid bullshit user agreements against him for once.

Yeah, and the VIP video is definitely making the rounds in the wild and is pretty widely available if you look in the usual places. I have to say, though, after watching it, I was seriously let down. First of all, it's exactly what she should have been posting to her regular member's club from the beginning, or at least by the end anyway, and second, if I had paid the $250 subscription fee and received that video, I would be LIVID. Split my skull in half as flames come shooting out of it pissed off.
