I have been trying to ID her for quite some time, the best thing (and maybe even the right answer) is that she is kate playground. However during my... research.. I haven't found the original source for this and I am still uncertain if it is 100 % surely her. So I heard you guys are like pros at this thing so if somebody could confirm 100 % it is her it would be awesome, also if you could point me in the right direction of the source you'd be my favorite person in the world for a week.
Also the setting behind her, I haven't seen it in any other material which made me more doubtful.
