It shows up every so often and you have to pounce on it when it's there.

It's obviously due to either A) benign site redesign snafu, or B) being held hostage as part of some sort of secret club, that you can't know about if you're not already in it, for some inexplicable reason.

Janja did this with certain content he posted. he told the forum what and why. it looks like its morphed into an entire section. this isnt anything new, just newly recognized.
