K2S purchasing Premium issue

Hi there,

For the past two years I have purchased an upgrade to K2S Premium with no issues.

I noticed that I had dropped down to "Free" status, and wanted to upgrade to Premium.

Hit some reseller site, filled out my credit card info pressed the "process transaction" button . . . poof. Nothing, no confirmation from K2S

Now I'm in transaction limbo.

I've contacted K2S technical support, and no surprise they want transaction numbers, confirmations, screen shots etc. Something I would have done if I hadn't already renewed twice before.

So right now, I'm in a holding pattern, checking my credit card account to see if the transaction actually went through, or whether it was a glitch.

Is there a preferred Premium purchase site or vendor?

Incidentally, in cruising around, I found a Premium reseller who was charging $20 less than the one I'd tried to sign up with.

Your help would be appreciated.

Their email verification or password resets are not working and their support contact may be the worst system i have ever seen. No one seems to work and respond.
