For the aviation historians, this is a Beriev Be-6 that was originally mounted on its concrete base in a flying position at a location on the Crimean Peninsula near Myrnyi in Ukraine.
Unfortunately, the base crumbled under the weight of the airframe and it was left in this sorry state.
Two or three years after this photo shoot, it was taken to the Ukraine State Aviation Museum where it was completely rebuilt and can now be viewed on an outside stand painted in green with a light blue hull.
