Do you know any models/webcam models who would not or would never show their tits, because they are saggy?
Also models who may show them, but always tend to hold them up or lift them up by holding their arms up.

I remember seeing this one girl a few years ago, had a great face and a slim body but somehow managed to have a pretty bad case of flapjack tits and was reluctant to take the bra off (though she'd take everything else off). Normally I would be against fake tits, but in her case it might have been justifiable.

However, she eventually did get a boob job and it was a terrible job, it looked like the surgeon stuffed a couple grapefruit into the flappy skin. Poor girl, everything else about her was pretty exceptionally attractive.
