Most of the film is a flashback from failed suicide Marie-Madeleine's hospital bed.
Marie-Madeleine (Corrine Lemoine) is an assistant in a lingerie shop where the manager charges male customers to view the ladies' changing rooms through a two-way mirror. Another assistant, Mandarine, is not averse to putting on a lesbian show with female customers, but Marie-Madeleine objects strongly when a male customer tries it on with her. However, she later meets Richard Lemieuvre in a bar and has a one-night stand with him. She wakes up alone to find some bank notes on her dressing table.
One of her customers had been a prostitute and she later meets her in a cafe. She admits to having been glad of the money and her former customer introduces her to a madame. She is then drawn into the life of a prostitute, though she has feelings of guilt about this career, especially as she receives little respect from her clients. This culminates in her attendance at a sex party with Richard Lemieuvre who reveals that she is a prostitute and where she is then gang-raped.
Hence she ends up with bandaged wrists in a hospital bed, but the words of her doctor seem to give her a more optimistic outlook.

Judging by its poor acting and hokey plot and dialogue, however, it would seem that the Ultimate O would not feel so good. The loose storyline evolves around a small hedonistic cult led by Paul Thomas and Stacy Donovan. Thomas possesses a secret technique for giving his partner the ultimate orgasm. When he starts to drink too much, Donovan plots to discover the secret and replace him.
Much of the sex is orgy style with five or six in a bed. Some props are used as well. Both Paul Thomas and Herschel Savage have delivered much stronger performances in the past. Also, Stacy Donovan is not a strong enough actress to handle so much dialogue. She's a great sexual performer, so why push it. Lawrence T. Cole has delivered many better features; we'll wait patiently for Pleasure Hunt II.

Lucas is the head of a private-eye agency. While his assistant Jenny is out at work, he watches a porn cassette he has received from a customer who thinks his daughter (Anne) can be seen in it. Jenny is keeping a watch on Dolores, a brunette who goes to a porn cinema and has an adventure with a man from the audience (Dominique Aveline). Jenny joins them. Then the two women go to a hotel where they make love together. Dolores tells Jenny she is married to an "avant-garde" film-maker who ignores her. Meanwhile, Lucas meets Elise, Anne's lover, who convinces him to bring her back. Lucas discovers the identity of the author of the porn movie featuring Anne (a man called Bobinard, alias for Edme Koumat!). It dawns on Lucas that Koumat is also Dolores's husband. Koumat aknowledges making porn to finance his "avant-garde" films. The film ends on Koumat bringing his cameraman and a young brunette (spitting image of French director: Marie-Helene Breillat) to film the inescapable final orgy in Lucas's office.

Ursula finds her husband Charles, busy with his secretary at his office. She immediately leaves him and takes her little daughter Delphine with her. As they travel in her car, it goes off the road. The girl is killed and Ursula becomes amnesiac. She can't stand Charles anymore as he has now become unknown to her. She prefers her nurse Josette's lovemaking. Charles tries to bring her memory back by showing films about their daughter at winter sports. To no avail. He then tries to make her jealous by making love to Josette but she joins them unaware of the real situation. Charles seeks help from Anne-Marie, a psychologist who suggests group therapy, which ends up in an orgy. Later on, Charles and Ursula get drunk in a night club and end up making love together. Yet, on the morning, Charles finds himself alone in bed. He goes to Anne-Marie's and finds comfort in her arms. In the meantime, Ursula has seen the doctor who had taken care of her after her accident, and he tells her that she's been pregnant for two months. She asks him for an abortion and to make love to her. He agrees on the last suggestion! A few months later, Charles who is about to put an end to his life gets a phone call telling him that Ursula is about to give birth to her child. The couple ends up together ready to start anew.

Pre-credits we see Etienne Jaumillot walking along a city street and meeting a man at the Place de la Sorbonne.
It seems that Norbert Ciret practices black magic, casting his spells in front of a set of candles and making certain sexual events take place. Jaumillot watches some of the action and is briefly joined in his bed by two brunettes.
At one point Mina Houghe dances naked in front of a mannequin dressed as a hussar. Then she is joined by Chantal Trobert. They both masturbate and use dildos on themselves, including anally.
We see two brunettes with Pontello, on two occasions. There is a lesbian scene between two brunettes. Michelle Davy takes on two men (one seems to be Gil Lagardere), and then takes a bath where she is joined by Mina Houghe.
The basement pin-ball machine makes yet another appearance in a French porn film. Christophe Clark is standing in front of it when Ciret tries to grope him. Christophe is saved by yet another brunette who has sex with him after driving Ciret away.

I have the American release, though it may be an incomplete version - the picture disappears from the tape abruptly at 66 minutes, though this is not an unusual lenght for Benazeraf films of the time.
The cast on the American box cover includes Evelyne Graux and Fabienne Parc, but one of the above two is Nathalie Idoux playing the maid Natalie; so they may be fake names invented for the American release and are therefore not included in the database. The other is a bleached blonde with fine wavy hair and some facial similarities to Roxanne Hall (XNK0054 perhaps).

One male (Pjotr Stanislas) and one female have bit parts in a party scene. The female is Eva Kleber and if so, from the way she looks, the original release date (or shooting date) could have been earlier.
A couple visit Lord and Lady Winter, arriving while Olinka and Gabriel Pontello are having sex on the couch. Then all have sex in various combinations around the villa and among the rocks on the beach, ending in a small orgy after the obligatory Olinka dance and strip.
The setting and cast have similarities to other Benazeraf/Olinka films and I suspect he shot a lot of stuff at once and chopped it up in various combinations to make semi-coherhent films of about an hour each.

The on-screen credits are the same as Lady Winter riceve a gruppi, but this time they are incomplete as there are several other men, though most take no visible part in the action, and two other women (XNK0174 and XNK0175) in a b/g/g session on the beach. One is a very familiar looking brunette who is also seen in b/g action on a bed.
The action takes place at the same villa as in Erotic Intruders and Lady Winter riceve a gruppi with lots of flashbacks (implied memories of Piotr Stanislas) to a bar where Olinka and Carole Pierac appear to work as barmaids cum hookers. Hence the title, I presume.

A group of people (the above) seem to be on holiday in a Riviera villa. They go on a bus tour of the area. Carole Pierac and Piotr Stanislas are an arguing couple. Eva Kleber seduces Pitor. Olinka resists the advances of Eric at first but then succumbs and Nathalie joins in to make a threesome with Carole and Piotr. It ends in a party where Olinka does her usual dance and striptease and Piotr and Eva have sex again.
There are some continuity problems with the editing here as one minute Piotr Stanislas is fully clothed on the couch next to Eva Kleber, then he is doing a dance of his own with trousers with a torn-away crotch, then he is fully clothed again. Don't know who Juan is, but there are a couple of extras in the party scene.

Aude works as a photographer on the set of an X-rated western. The first scene features Guy Royer with Christian Loussert and a third man who is also the director. Royer shoots himself and the two others rape Nicole Segaud in front of her husband Claude Valmont. End of the filming, everyone stops work. Chris, an actor, has a crush on Aude who doesn't seem interested. She leaves the set on her beloved motorbike while Chris races her on a horse. At home, she lies on her bike and masturbates.
At his home, Chris tries to phone Aude but she's busy talking with her bike and he fantasizes about her in his bath. His caretaker's wife, Annie, has a crush on him and decides to try her luck. She knocks at his door. As he complains of back pain she suggests massage, which leads to sex. But Chris's thoughts stay on Aude and Annie is aware of it.
Anyway, Chris tells her he is an actor in erotic films and offers her a part in the film being shot. She accepts although afraid that her husband might hear about it. Aude dials Chris's number but changes her mind and hangs up.
The following scene shows Aude shooting photos of Sonia (Nicole Segaud) in a sex scene with an actor. Chris is there too and she asks him whether he fancies Sonia. He answers that he doesn't and they leave the couple to their scene, though it is interrupted by a phone call from Aude (which doesn't make any sense...)
Back to the filming. Claude Valmont lands in a helicopter and catches his 'wife' played by Annie busy with two actors. He threatens them and Annie ends up caught between him and Chris while filmed by the third. Aude notices that Chris and Annie know one another and seems jealous. She smokes a joint with a technician and leaves on her bike. Nervous that she might have an accident, the technician tells Chris who steps into the helicopter and follows her...
Chris phones Aude to suggest a drink together. She turns him down, lights another joint and starts telling him the reason why her bike is her only love. The previous year, she had been in Africa for her newspaper. As she was shooting about without permission, she was taken to the hotel manager (Madou Sall) and the interview turned to a threesome with him and his secretary and future wife (Elisabeth Bure). Her bike was taken from her and she was taken to a sorcerer in a hut on an island. Of course, she had sex with him too (and with his girlfriend by the way). Now, Aude feels ashamed of her behaviour. Chris tells her she shouldn't and while she keeps on speaking on the phone, he walks from the phone box and goes to her flat nearby. They fall into one another's arms at last.
