Please Help Me Identify Movie

This is a title I saw way back in the early 1990s, but may date back to the 1980s. The plot, such as it was, revolved around a bar owner who'd cracked up and was in the hospital, where he imagined he could go anywhere and do anything, unseen by those around him. I think the main character's name was Jack. The movie may have featured Ron Jeremy, though I can't be sure as my memory of the cast is quite fuzzy by now. I do remember a dark-complexioned actress, dark-haired (Latina maybe) in a silver go-go outfit. There was also a scene toward the end of the movie where the redheaded female doctor finally cures the patient by seducing him in his hospital bed. Does anyone have any recollection of this movie at all?

Oh, there was also a scene in a women's locker room in which the protagonist popped in, unseen by the ladies, who starts a lesbian scene between two women by copping a fee with one of them, who assumes the other must have done it. That's about all I remember.
