Dinosaur and bikini girl: who is the girl?

The image is too small for me to really make out her face. It looks like it's animated, so are you sure that it's not a painting or drawing? If that's the case, then it could be anybody or nobody - just a figment of the painter's imagination.
You can click the thumbnail for a larger version. It looks to me like Photoshopping than painting, as in the girl is originally from another photo.

okay - when I tried to click it last night it didn't open anything, but seems to now. Looking at the larger picture, that is definitely 100% animated. Best I can tell is that it was a wallpaper created for Bikini Girls on Dinosaur Planet - a low budget Skinemax movie from the 90's - but it doesn't match up to any of the women actually in the movie.
