maybe the site is on a banned list from your provider or Country? Some Countries are starting a fight against adult content, requiring age verification or blocking websites, maybe yours is one of those

Hello.
It’s the same in Germany. I use MS Edge without a VPN, but even with the standard VPN in the Opera browser, "Europe" no longer works, whereas "Asia" and "North and South America" do. Sorry, I don't know how to post a screenshot here offhand, but the following is displayed on the screen.

Error 1034
Ray ID: a0e375073fc48f60 • 2026-06-19 15:09:50 UTC
Edge IP Restricted
What happened?

You've requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host (kitty-kats.net) resolved to an IP address that the owner of the website does not have access to.
What can I do?
If you are a visitor of this website:
Please try again in a few minutes.
If you are the owner of this website:
Check your DNS records to ensure they are pointed to the IP address(es) you were assigned at registration.

This has been going on since last weekend.
I would be grateful for a solution to this problem.

@alkhogan82
honestly I have the same issue while trying to connect via some devices, while it doesn't happen on others. That seems a cloudflare configuration problem which site admin could resolve easily as it's not exactly a specific content restriction from internet provider... the only problem is admin's last login was on January (yes, seems he's "a little" lazy) and we can only wait and see :dunno:

Open Firefox and type: about:config
Search: network.dns.disableIPv6
Switch from false to true
Restart Firefox and it should work

It looks like there is a problem with routing or a provider, but Im no expert to tell the exact problem. Something with faulty IP or IPv4 vs IPv6, Idk. You could also disable IPv6 in your router, but this would have its own downsites. Restarting your router could also help, just maybe. Also hello this is my first post! I usually just lurk around and save pics for drawing

That's similar to the error message I got using Firefox's built in VPN when it was switched on. Just to be clear, I can browse this site from here in the UK no problem without a VPN, it's only Pixhost that is an issue for people in the UK.

I have same problem but not with kitty kats forum but with many other forums. "access forbidden, access restricted, connection error, rate time exceeded, error 403, error 404" and many more - and it all started like 1-2 weeks ago which matches time when your problems started. I have to use Tor or some another VPN to access them. The weirdest thing is Im not banned at any of them, but I simply cannot access them with my network (tried 5 different browsers), also via wifi - doesnt work either. I asked my friend that lives 15km away from me to check it, and he can access all those sites without any problem. Im from Poland btw so it seems whole Europe is affected by that.

WTF is happening.
