Thanks very much for providing this. I've viewed it using VLC and Windows Media Player and the quality seems very poor for 3.9GB. It is grainy and doesn't play smoothly. Is there a better player for this MOV file or is it just a poor recording? Anyone else experiencing similar?

I'm guessing it's at a higher resolution than the system you're playing it on can handle - since I'm suffering the same issues here. Every laptop I have is only able to do 1080P resolution, and I think this one was recorded in 4K, so unless your device can handle that, it's going to be stuttering and slow.
Addendum - tested playing this on a cell phone, by saving the file to Google Drive, and streaming/playing it from there, without having to download it directly to the phone itself, and it played perfectly in portrait mode. If your device can record 4K video, it should play this just fine (the video metadata says it was recorded on an iPhone 11, so that or newer would handle it just fine - it's a huge file, but it will stream over wifi using Google Drive, with a decent Internet connection).
