Yes, there are workarounds, but you are just displaying it differently on the fly. If the original source gets recoded in a distorted way, then we have lost data. If I take the original content and squeeze it or pull it, I have either dropped or added data that makes it different than the source. Hence, I wish I had the source!!! Or a GD time machine!!!

There is makeup to cover scars.Many playboy models as well as porn stars,cam girls,etc. have had breast augmentation and cover them.

Augmentation and Reduction are two whole different stories. Augmentation scars can be covered up with makeup, sure. But reduction is a) very serious surgery (augmentation is not) and b) scars heal a lot slower, and are a lot bigger. Also recovery after breast reduction takes months. I've known multiple women who had reductions, based on physical problems... Christina definitely has not.
