Nobody forces you to pay. If you are not happy with her content or how she runs her site, why don't you just cancel your subscription and move on? Besides complaining here you can't do much anyway. She will definitely not change for you, for me or anybody else. Either you accept that or you will see yourself being pissed off every time she updates anything below you expectation.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to defend her. I think 90% of her sets and vids are dog poop and sometimes feel her vids are actually recorded by a dog with a cam on its head considering the shaking and rotating in it... I just stopped taking her "lack of ideas and communication" too personal. However, I stick to her site because of the frequent updates and that for a joke price of 25$ compared to today's OnlyFans standard.
In the past I sometimes subscribed to bailey, brooke and spencer - the lack of frequent updates caused me to cancel very fast. I better take a bad set/vid on a known date rather than waiting for an update on an unknown date and still paying a membership.
I agree with you that the most logical step is to stop supporting rather than repeatedly complain. That's the power of the free-market and there is no better system.
The problem is that when it comes to porn, we have two brains engaged in the analysis. The one between our shoulders and the one between our legs. The rules--dictated by hormones and evolutionary instincts-- appear to be that in the case of a tie, the lower brain wins. I doubt there is a man among us who hasn't fallen prey to this. We've all experienced the cognitive dissonance of helplessly watching our finger decisively hit the "pay now" button even as some part of our brain was shouting, don't do it! Like Charlie Brown, we cannot resist trying to kick the ball that Lucy has put down in front of us even though we know she's going to pull it away at the last second and we'll land on our backs.
So, I have sympathy for those who in that moment of finding themselves on their back feel the need to complain. It's taken me a long time to get to the point where I can resist the urge to try and kick those balls. But, as you've done, that sympathy need to come along with the sage advice of "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." It's a tough battle but feedback like that can help us overcome our lizard brains.
Having said all that, I hope sometimes that the complaints in this forum get back to the models. I know some read these forums. So, I do think there is some value in providing critical feedback here that goes beyond the need to just vent.
